At ENGWE, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned product for damages or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
