How long does shipping take for ENGWE e-bikes?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via our local warehouse network.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Our e-bikes arrive 85% to 95% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the included toolkit and video guide.
What is the warranty period for ENGWE products?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on main components, including the motor, battery, and frame, covering any manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Are ENGWE e-bikes waterproof?
Our bikes have an IP54 water-resistant rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or left out in heavy downpours.
